I'm happy to take family, newborn and special occasion photography all over Cork, Kerry and Ireland. Additional travel fees occur for sessions outside Cork and Kerry.
All images are delivered via an online gallery where you can preview and purchase prints, frames, heirloom albums and much more. It takes the hard work out of going getting them printed yourself and it also ensures you get a high end print using fine art papers, which are designed to last for generations.

I actively encourage grandparents to part-take in family sessions, its a great gift to give your children. Including grandparents in family photos is often overlooked, but bringing generations of family members together can make group portraits. Images to hang on your wall and enjoy for a long time.

HOW DO I BOOK?
Just follow these four simple steps.

- Select a date and time
- Pay the session retainer fee to secure your date
- Sign the contract
- Please note your session will only be confirmed once the contract is signed and deposit paid.
It's that easy.
Once booked I send you a 'What to Expect' guide from your session and I'm available to answer any questions about the photoshoot.
Please note, my availability does book up months in advance especially for summer months, early booking is recommended where possible.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT ONCE I'VE BOOKED A SESSION?
Once you have booked a session with me, we will plan the specifics. I will answer any questions you may have, as well as assist with location selection and anything else you might need.
Included in all sessions:
*Included is a Skype or FaceTime call to plan the session.
*Wardrobe/styling advice
*Access to an online gallery
WHERE ARE YOU BASED AND DO YOU TRAVEL?
I am based in Macroom and I travel within a 1 hour radius from here to Cork, West Cork & Kerry. For destinations outside of this, travel costs apply. I keep these to a minimum and I am upfront about them before booking.
ARE YOU INSURED?
Yes, I am a full time registered I.P.P.V.A & insured photographer.
WHEN WILL WE GET OUR PHOTOS?
Your will receive an online gallery link with all your photos between 8-10 weeks. You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favourites, and also order prints! A sneak peek is also available 2-3 days post shoot.
GARDEN & IN HOME SESSIONS
Prior to booking please confirm you have shaded areas in your garden. Please ensure your home and garden are clutter free where possible as I will not be able to remove this from your imagery. If your home and garden is unsuitable than I would suggest booking the Sweet Family Session.
HOW MANY PICTURES WILL WE RECEIVE?
This will depend on the plan you choose. Additional photos from the session can be purchased directly from me. I always choose quality rather than quantity and I will choose the best and more significant photos to tell your story.
WHAT SHOULD WE WEAR?
Wear what feels good and makes you comfortable, if you're not comfortable in what you're wearing, you won't be able to relax and enjoy the session.
Upon booking to will send you a bespoke wardrobe guide which acts as a guide to help you plan your perfect pictures.
It gives you types on how to style your outfits together.
HOW TO BOOK A SESSION?
Contact me, via the contact page and pay a deposit to lock in the date and thats it! The rest of the booking fee is due before the shoot. Please note the contract must be signed ahead of schedule.
CAN WE GET PRINTS OR GET IMAGES FRAMED?
Yes, of course! You can print directly via your private gallery. I have chosen an artisan framer to provide beautifully handmade papers and frames to showcase your photography.
DO YOU PHOTOSHOP OUR IMAGES?
I have a strict no photoshop policy. I won't edit out wrinkles, lumps or bumps. I like to create heirloom imagery, designed to show your natural glow and beauty. I want to capture children in their purest form. In certain circumstances I may remove a telephone wire or another distracting feature in the background but that is at my discretion. The reality is, you and your family & home are beautiful as you are.
TERMS OF SERVICE
By booking my services, you understand that all photographic images remain the copyright of Sarah Kate Photography and cannot be reproduced, cropped or altered in any form. You agree to receive photos sorted and edited at the sole discretion of the photographer. All unedited files are the sole property of the photographer and will not be included in any final product received. All photos will be edited as seen fit by the photographer. Photos can be subject to online, advertising, marketing, and any other forms of media, press, and hard copy as the photographer sees fit, per the model release form that was signed by the client before session began. The client has full printing rights. The photographer is not responsible for printing issues. These need to be addressed with the printer. If the client is to publish any photos taken by photographer in any media, professional or otherwise, credit is to be given to photographer. There are no refunds once photos are delivered via online gallery or disc. If refund must be issued before gallery is delivered, client will receive their refund MINUS the non refundable retainer that is specifically marked in the contract the client signed. Client agrees to not re edit photos or alter them in any way. Any re editing, or use online without credit to the photographer is prohibited.
