I create an authentic storyboard of you and your business. I have worked with many successful businesses on branding photography for websites and social media, I understand how important, good imagery is for a business.
I won't produce stock images for you, together we create relatable content which reflects you, your brand and your ideal customer. I love the idea of creating a story of how you create your product and the objects, beings, places which inspire you.
Customers/clients are more likely to buy into a brand if they feel they're buying into an experience or lifestyle along with it. I will work with you to identify your target audience and how to target them through engaging imagery.

What to expect from a session
Video chat - We chat and discuss your brand, vision and marketing goals for the future.
Location Scouting - Its important for me to understand the locations and the light that affects them prior to a shoot, in order to maximise that for the day of your branding session. Strategic planning of an outdoor location is required so I can maximise the impact of the environment in your shoot, dawn and sunset shots are often worth the extra effort due to the light. Alternatively if we are shooting indoors, at your primary location of shooting then I will ask you to study the light ahead of our session and we will book a time where natural light is most abundant in your place of home.
Paperwork - Once the contract signed we then start planning your photoshoot, what to wear and shoot locations. I send you a prep guide on what to wear!
On shoot day - I capture clean, authentic photographs that tell your brand’s story, communicate your passion and show your dream clients who you really are.
Your gallery - Afterwards, I give you a bank of fresh portraits and lifestyle shots, perfect for your website, social media and marketing platforms. All photos are available for high res and web size digital download.
Next Steps - Unsure of how to maximise the impact of your images across platforms, I can manage your social media for you going forward or alternatively develop a bespoke media plan to make sure you are hitting your engagement/business targets.
LEO ONLINE TRADING VOUCHER
Your website needs photos right?
You maybe eligible to claim you're photography expenses through the Online Trading Voucher. The scheme offers a grant of up to €2,500 (subject to match funding) to help micro-enterprises (10 employees of less) to develop their ecommerce capability, and in turn reap the positive enterprise impacts of trading online. It's recommended to touching base with your local LEO Office for more information on this voucher as the voucher is not redeemable through the photographer.

Priority Editing
Priority editing available, delivery of images within 48 hours + €350. Please note I currently book up months in advance. Early booking is required & please confirm ahead of booking if you need priority editing. Priority editing is unavailable from June to August.
Travel Fees
Travel within a 1 hour radius of Macroom is included, this includes Cork City and Killarney. For areas outside this, it is €35 per hour travel.
Additional Time
Please note any time outside agreed time is charged at €250 per hour (which includes 15 images.)
Social Media Management

What's not included
Hair, makeup, room hire & client clothing are not provided as part of my product offering, I do recommend sourcing these locally and to keep makeup natural.

How to book?
To confirm your session, just follow these two simple steps :
- Let me know which package you'd like & pay 25% retainer to secure your date (non refundable retainer (it is transferrable if we have to reschedule)
- Sign the contract of agreement
- Once confirmed you will receive a branding questionnaire
- I will zoom you ahead of your session and go through a scope of works & mood-board
- Prior to your session you will receive a what to expect guide & a timetable to maximise out time together and get the best out of the imagery.
- We will confirm a date and time closer to your session

WHAT CAN I EXPECT ONCE I'VE BOOKED A SESSION?
Once you have booked a session with me, we will plan the specifics. I will answer any questions you may have, as well as assist with location selection and anything else you might need.
Included in all sessions:
*Included is a Skype or FaceTime call to plan the session.
*Wardrobe/styling advice
*Access to an online gallery
WHERE ARE YOU BASED AND DO YOU TRAVEL?
I am based in Macroom and I travel within a 40km radius around Cork and West Cork. For destinations outside of this, travel costs apply.
I keep these to a minimum and I am upfront about them before booking.
Are you Insured?
Yes, I am a fully Registered and insured photographer.
WHEN WILL WE GET OUR PHOTOS?
Your will receive an online gallery link with all your photos between 10 weeks. You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favourites, and also order prints! A sneak peek is also available 2-3 days post shoot.
How many pictures will we receive?
This will depend on the plan you choose. Additional photos from the session can be purchased directly from me. I always choose quality rather than quantity and I will choose the best and more significant photos to tell your story.
WHAT SHOULD WE WEAR?
Wear what feels good and makes you comfortable, if you're not comfortable in what you're wearing, you won't be able to relax and enjoy the session.
If you wear a uniform at work please include that in out session!
HOW TO BOOK A SESSION?
Contact me, via the contact page and pay a deposit to lock in the date and thats it! The rest of the booking fee is due before the shoot. Please note the contract must be signed ahead of schedule.
DO YOU PHOTOSHOP OUR IMAGES?
I have a strict no photoshop policy. I won't edit out wrinkles, lumps or bumps. I like to create heirloom imagery, designed to show your natural glow and beauty. I want to capture business in its purest form. In certain circumstances I may remove a telephone wire or another distracting feature in the background. But the reality is, you and your business are beautiful as you are. I want to deliver relatable content for businesses that appeal to their clients.
TERMS OF SERVICE
By booking my services, you understand that all photographic images remain the copyright of Sarah Kate Photography and cannot be reproduced, cropped or altered in any form. You agree to receive photos sorted and edited at the sole discretion of the photographer. All unedited files are the sole property of the photographer and will not be included in any final product received. All photos will be edited as seen fit by the photographer. Photos can be subject to online, advertising, marketing, and any other forms of media, press, and hard copy as the photographer sees fit, per the model release form that was signed by the client before session began. The client has full printing rights. The photographer is not responsible for printing issues. These need to be addressed with the printer. If the client is to publish any photos taken by photographer in any media, professional or otherwise, credit is to be given to photographer. There are no refunds once photos are delivered via online gallery or disc. If refund must be issued before gallery is delivered, client will receive their refund MINUS the non refundable retainer that is specifically marked in the contract the client signed. Client agrees to not re edit photos or alter them in any way. Any re editing, or use online without credit to the photographer is prohibited.
