As a natural lifestyle vacation photographer located in Cork (in the south of Ireland) my goal is to capture all the wonderful experiences and the stunning beauty of the Irish landscape for lovers. If you’re planning a vacation to Ireland, then I’m the photographer for you. Local sights such as West Cork, Kinsale, Gougane Barra, Blarney, Kenmare, Dingle, Slea Head, and Killarney National Park are all quite close to where I grew up so I have a natural affinity for taking photos of families and couples holidaying here.
I love Irish history & storytelling and I strive to capture both through my photography, delivering a gallery which will tell a tale of who you are and your once in a lifetime (or maybe yearly!) experiences you have had.

Whats your availability?
At present, I am booking appointments up to 5 to 6 months ahead. Once your travel plans are finalized, I highly advise securing your spot. I take great pride in providing exceptional service to my clients, often arranging pick-ups and chauffeuring them to various unique destinations in Ireland's best vacation locations.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT ONCE I'VE BOOKED A SESSION?
Once you have booked a session with me, we will plan the specifics. I will answer any questions you may have, as well as assist with location selection and anything else you might need.
Included in all sessions:
*Included is what to expect guide (which is lots of adventure) including tips on tricks on what to wear
*A location guide - Choose from epic locations for your Cork | Kerry Couple photography or Irish Elopement
*Wardrobe/styling advice - The weather in Ireland can changeable, I will guide you on how to make the most out of your outfits to get the most amazing couple photos of your irish vacation.
*Access to an online gallery with a US/ Canadian online store! Which means you can order prints from the comfort of your own home!
WHERE ARE YOU BASED AND DO YOU TRAVEL?
I am based in Macroom so are up local to all the most amazing spots in the south of Ireland. I travel within a 5 hour radius from here which includes around Cork, West Cork & Kerry. I focus on local locations so I can give a better client experience, I know these areas intimately, how the light works etc
Where do you work?
I exclusively focus on capturing couple photography in County Cork and County Kerry for a simple yet compelling reason – these two picturesque regions hold a special place in my heart. Their breathtaking landscapes, from rugged coastlines to lush green countryside, provide a captivating backdrop for intimate moments between couples. By specializing in this area, I can offer a deep understanding of the local environment, enabling me to craft unique and meaningful images that resonate with the couples I work with. This commitment to a specific geographical area allows me to create a more authentic and connected experience for my clients, ensuring their love story is beautifully woven into the stunning tapestry of Cork and Kerry's natural beauty.
WHEN WILL WE GET OUR PHOTOS?
You will receive an online gallery link with all your photos between 4 - 6 weeks. You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favourites, and also order prints! A sneak peek is also available 2-3 days post shoot.
During peek season it make take 10 weeks to get your gallery! I'm a one woman show and edit each of your photos individually & done outsource this. So typically do not rush editing.
What if it rains?

Whats the average spend on a family session?
Most families buy additional prints, frames and heirloom albums so the average spend can be between €750 to €1200 euros.
I have a US store with US suppliers if you wish to get print products when you're home.
How many pictures will we receive?
You will get 10 photos as part of your package. Your full gallery is available to purchase if you would like access to all your images.
WHAT SHOULD WE WEAR?
Wear what feels good and makes you comfortable, if you're not comfortable in what you're wearing, you won't be able to relax and enjoy the session.
Upon booking to will send you a bespoke wardrobe guide which acts as a guide to help you plan your perfect pictures.
CAN WE GET PRINTS OR GET IMAGES FRAMED?
Yes, of course! You can print directly via your private gallery. I have chosen an artisan framer to provide beautifully handmade papers and frames to showcase your photography.
DO YOU PHOTOSHOP OUR IMAGES?
I have a strict no photoshop policy. I won't edit out wrinkles, lumps or bumps. I like to create heirloom imagery, designed to show your natural glow and beauty. I want to capture children in their purest form.
DO YOU SHOOT OTHER TYPES OF PHOTOGRAPHY
Yes I shoot maternity, small business, interiors, intimate weddings and elopements. I love unconventional weddings vibes or anything a little quirky. If you like my style and want to work together. Just contact via the link above.
Are you insured?
I'm a fully insured and registered I.P.P.V.A photographer
I am a full time photographer, which means you have my full attention and experience to avail of!
TERMS OF SERVICE
By booking my services, you understand that all photographic images remain the copyright of Sarah Kate Photography and cannot be reproduced, cropped or altered in any form. You agree to receive photos sorted and edited at the sole discretion of the photographer. All unedited files are the sole property of the photographer and will not be included in any final product received. All photos will be edited as seen fit by the photographer. Photos can be subject to online, advertising, marketing, and any other forms of media, press, and hard copy as the photographer sees fit, per the model release form that was signed by the client before session began. The client has full printing rights. The photographer is not responsible for printing issues. These need to be addressed with the printer. If the client is to publish any photos taken by photographer in any media, professional or otherwise, credit is to be given to photographer. There are no refunds once photos are delivered via online gallery or disc. If refund must be issued before gallery is delivered, client will receive their refund MINUS the non refundable retainer that is specifically marked in the contract the client signed. Client agrees to not re edit photos or alter them in any way. Any re editing, or use online without credit to the photographer is prohibited.
