Intimate Valentine's day wedding in Gougane Barra and Bantry House

Jaysus, we couldn’t have ordered better weather if we’d tried. And considering it was bucketing down the week before and has been fairly miserable since, I can only assume some higher power (St. Valentine himself, perhaps?) was pulling a few strings.

Because Surprise, Surprise (Please sing in a Cila Black Voice) Kelly and Conor got the dreamiest, most picture-perfect day for their wedding at Gougane Barra and Bantry House—two spots I’ve photographed a good few times, but, honestly, they never get old.

The morning was absolute chaos, in the best possible way. The craic was 90, Kelly and her bridesmaids were pure gas, and the whole thing felt more like the start of a legendary road trip than the usual wedding morning nerves. And then there was Conor, looking devastatingly handsome in black tie—a nod to the grandeur awaiting them at Bantry House, where the whole thing unfolded like a scene from the classiest, most romantic film you’ve ever seen.
