My couple Nick and Brianna, who were from Houston, America, chose the stunning Castlemartyr Resort as their wedding venue. Let me start by saying that Castlemartyr Resort is an absolute dream for a wedding photographer like me.
The beautiful landscapes, majestic castle, and charming nearby villages create the perfect backdrop for a fairytale wedding, in Ireland. And boy, did this wedding live up to that!
The Castlemartyr Resort, is the ultimate in luxury wedding venues. as the top wedding photographer in Cork. From the moment one enter's the grounds, anyone will be captivated by its beauty (I dare you not to!). The history, architecture, impeccable gardens, and warm Irish hospitality set the stage for an unforgettable celebration.
As soon as I arrived, I couldn't wait to start capturing all the special moments of the day, which is typically me haha. The bride Brianna, looking radiant in her elegant gown, walked down the aisle of the resort's outdoor ceremony towards her groom Nick, who had the biggest smile I've ever seen. Jill Wildflower did the stunning floral displays.
After the "I do's," we took advantage of the resort's picturesque surroundings for some stunning couple portraits. The formal gardens, ancient trees, and a 15th century castle provided the perfect romantic setting. It's ideal for the couple who want everything in one location!
The couple's love and happiness were palpable and so fricking sweet, and I couldn't help but get swept away by the magic of it all.
The reception was held in the magnificent ballroom, adorned with elegant chandeliers and luxurious decor. As the evening unfolded, laughter and joy filled the air as guests break-danced, toasted, and celebrated the newlyweds. I was there, camera in hand alongside talented Irish videographer Stephen from Odicci Film who is arguably Ireland's best videographer, capturing every heartfelt speech, every tear of joy, and every little detail that made this wedding so special.
I feel incredibly grateful to have been a part of such a beautiful wedding day.
